Long before these young people begin to read the labels on wrinkle diminishing products, however, they can begin to do some simple things that will help to undo some of the damage that they are inflicting on their skins.

#2.Drink lots and lots of water: Water is the best fluid on earth to provide hydration to the human body. Colas and fruit drinks can both have dehydrating effects. Drink water!

#3.Have an apple rather than a candy bar. A diet high in fruits and vegetables provides the nutrients that the skin needs to stay healthy, supple and youthful.

#4.Wear sunglasses: Squinting makes crows feet. Crows feet are those little lines that radiate out from the corners of the eyes.

Wearing sunglasses when you are outdoors can prevent a lot of squinting and this will help to prevent wrinkling around the eyes in later years.
