Recently there was an unbiased study of skin care products that were supposed to help with reduction of wrinkles.
The people who made the evaluations were all skin care professionals who had no financial interest in any of the products that were being tested.
Here are the top ten results of the study:

AlphaDerma CE by Jason Beckett: This product was deemed the “most aggressive” in reversing fine lines and wrinkles. With continues use it was also said to produce the best overall skin improvement.
Rejuvinol/Rejuvox by DermaLogics: Rejuvinol is for daytime use and Rejuvox is for night time use. When both products were used the results were good. When either product was used alone, the results were not as good.
Strivectin SD by Klein-Becker: This product was originally used for reducing the appearance and healing of stretch marks. In this study it was determined that it was very effective in reducing the appearance of fine lines.
Freeze 24/7 by Freeze 24/7: This product proved to be effective in reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles from 50-90%.
Prevage by Allergan: This product is available only by prescription. Prevage is an anti-oxidant cream. It provides a more youthful appearance to the skin with regular use.
Serum XL by Bioque: Serum XL can penetrate the skin and prevent severe muscle contractions of the facial muscles…thus a firmer skin and less wrinkles result.
OHT Peptide by OHT Peptide: This product performed well through most of the testing. Its a good first product for the reduction in the appearance of fine lines.
Avotone by Meliorra: Some of those participating in the study noticed that this product produced some skin drying effect. It took several weeks of continued use to see any visible skin improvement and the improvement only lasted with the continuing use of the product.
